characters aren't mine, I just temporarily liberated them from their
captor.
A/N: This short little scene is a little different
than what I usually write. I do hope it doesn’t offend anyone’s
sensibilities.

Harm groaned, “Mac, honey, please
don’t squeeze there.”
Mac looked up in surprise,
“What? Where do you want me to squeeze it, Harm?”
“Move
your hand lower – to the bottom. Yeah, right there. Now squeeze
just a little – not too much - and work your way up.”
Mac
rolled her eyes and stopped what she was doing. “I do know how
to do this, Harm. I’ve actually had quite a bit of experience
at it. Good grief, when we got married I knew you had control issues,
but I never knew you were this obsessed.”
“It’s
hardly an obsession. Obsession would mean that I’m preoccupied
with it. That I couldn’t walk away.”
Laughing, Mac
countered, “Something tells me you couldn’t walk away
right now if you tried. Maybe we should test that theory. You can
walk away any time, you say?”
“Anytime.”
“You
can let go of your precious control and just let me do this my
way?”
“Sure.” He didn’t sound too
convincing, even to himself.
Smiling to herself, Mac knew that
what she was about to do would drive Harm crazy. Returning to her
task, her eyes gleaming with mischief, Mac stuck out her tongue and
slowly licked the tip. “How about now?”
Harm
couldn’t contain himself. He reached out and pulled her hand
away. “Ohh, Mac. Don’t use your tongue!”
Innocently,
Mac asked, “Why, does that bother you? I thought you were going
to let me do this my way?”
Trying to rationalize his
compulsion, Harm stammered, “It’s just that it’s
uh, not very hygienic. You don’t know what germs might be on
it.”
“I just wanted to get that drop that came out
- before it made a mess, Harm.” Reaching up, teasing his lips
with her own, she smiled as his own tongue slipped out and got a
taste of the white remnant still on the corner of her mouth. In
between kisses, Mac murmured, “You know, Harm, none of the men
in my life before you ever complained of my techniques. They didn’t
care how I did it. Although, I do think they would have cared if I
never did it at all.”
Harm groaned as Mac pulled back
just as his mouth sought to deepen their light, teasing kisses. “Mac,
I really don’t want to be reminded of other men –
especially when I’m kissing you. And besides, I can’t
help it if they never knew the proper method. And everyone should
know that the proper place to start is at the bottom.”
“Harm,
this isn’t brain surgery. I think you’re making a simple
thing way too complicated.” Turning back to her task once
again, she squeezed it smack dab in the middle just as she had
started out doing, and added, “After all, it’s just a
tube of toothpaste.”
